I never realized that a simple drink like epilobium tea each night could eliminate noturnal bathroom visits. Its so nice to be able to sleep for 8 or 9 hours without interruption.

I love this tea. Has helped with my arthritis and also gut problems which I have been suffering from a long time. Even cleared a sore throat I had recently. It really does reduce inflammation in the body!
