    Great stuff, if I want a decent nights sleep, on the weekend, 1 heaped tea spoon of Skullcap tea, infused in a cup of boiling water, prior to going to bed and I'll sleep in to 7-8am. If I'm working the next day 1 level tea spoon of Skullcap tea does the job and hopefully I'm up and off to work at 5am. Prior to discovering Skullcap tea, both my partner and I were developing sleeping (lack of) issues, we both now get a good nights sleep, thanks to Skullcap. It might be worth mentioning, it doesn't seem to be addictive, we have been on holiday overseas and we didn't take any Skullcap with us we still slept, although perhaps not as deeply. Rob.
