Mixed with a few other floral dried herbs, eg: Lavender; Chamomile; Jasmine, so many to choose from. Scullcap Tea included just before bedtime, is exactly what the Doctor ordered.

I love skullcap as it works so well for me. I make tinctures with this for myself, my friends and family and it helps us all keep calm and sleep! It’s a beautiful gentle nervine and I’m happy that TeaHut is a local business that stocks this Organic herb. It’s super handy for when I run out - I don’t have to wait long to receive my order! It would be great if they did bulk orders and prices for skullcap, but at the moment it’s just in 40g sizes.
