For the past few months I have used this blend every day in my pre-menstrual phase. I have honestly seen huge improvements in many difficult symptoms, in particular stress and breast-pain. Can highly recommend!

I really like this tea. It improves my mood before my period. I used to have drastic mood swings, but when I started drinking this tea, I noticed that I am more calm. Smells and tastes good!

I have had really bad period pains this year, one night I was meant to see my friends for dinner but needed to cancel I was in that much pain. My friend gave me a sample of this tea and told me to drink it before my next period. This was the first period in a long time where I didn't feel lethargic or in much pain. Would highly recommend! If I knew it was this simple I would have been drinking this years ago!

Fresh quality tea nicely packaged in a resealable bag. This tea tastes fabulous and provides immediate results with the benefits of the ingredients being apparent- I think it is because the ingredients are so fresh and of such high quality as opposed to commercial teabag tea. Plus the tea hut provides ingredients I can't get at my local health store - I recommend this tea to all women of perimenopause age. I recommend the tea hut for all teas now. I also make up my own mix of tea hut teas using valerian, hops and passionflower- perfect to assist with a better nights sleep

Too soon to know if this tea makes a difference to menopausal symptoms, but I love the taste - light floral without being too cloying. I will definitely be buying more!
