Serving Suggestion:
Add 1 heaped tsp per cup, brew with boiling water for 2-5 minutes. For best results drink 1-3 cups per day.

I added Raspberry Leaf to the tea for a little extra goodness and it was lovely. Tasty, light and genuinely made me feel good in the week before my period but honestly I will drink it all the time because it tastes so nice! Give it a go :)
