I purchased this with the hope it would help my elderly mother who has severe insomnia. She was taking 10mg melatonin which was helping in the early days but she's now more resistant to that. I now brew her a cup of this beautiful tea every night which really relaxes her and soon after she falls asleep. You need to let it brew for about 5 mins. She loves it. Such a life saver. Thank the tea hut for fast delivery and a quality product.

Bought on advice from my naturopath to relive indigestion/burping after meals. I mix with the organic ginger root tea & tastes delicious. Great alternative to peppermint/spearmint which pro-tip - actually makes indigestion worse.

I'm new to lemon balm tea after hearing about its health benefits in the medical medium book series. Im a definite fan after trying Tea Huts supply. It's a smooth herbal tea, very easy to drink. Definitely doesn't taste like lemon which is ironic given its name. I guess lemon balm tea just sounds better than Melissa tea haha
