Serving suggestion:
For best results use only fresh, filtered water. Take 2-3 leaves/bark, crush in your palm and brew 10mins in 200ml of boiling water. Drink before bed and repeat every night for 2 weeks to see if this is helpful for you!

Jilungin Sleep Tea works very well for an over active mind that cannot rest for the night. Fast acting and only requires a few leaves for strength. Highly recommend
