A fantastic treat before bed. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 heaped teaspoon per 200 ml. Brew with boiling water 5 minutes

Lovely flavour and has reduced my anxiety medication . I am not saying that this will work for everyone but keep in mind that we are all different.

Every night I drink this tea I have the best sleep. It doesn’t make me sleepy but helps keep me asleep all night. Also tastes delicious

I bought a selection of teas that help sleep and calming but it just reminded me that these internationally sourced teas are the most mellow, soul-cleansing, feel good teas on the planet. I know that this sounds like I work for The Tea Hut, but I don't. I would try to work there but I live a couple of thousand of kilometres away, unfortunately :-)
