Serving suggestion: Great as a morning or mid-morning pick-me-up. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 teaspoon per cup. Brew with boiling water 3-4 minutes.

Brewed for three minutes, delicate yet firm, the smell of the dry leaves is a true pleasure on its own. Very soothing and relaxing, with a great after-taste, I look forward for my cup of tea every day. A new favourite. Thank you.
