I love the mix of the floral taste and warming spice from the cardamom and drink it just for that but my skin has been very healthy looking and my doctor said I looked hydrated. Highly recommend!

My skin has flared up really badly over the last 4 months due to hormones & stress. I can definitely say that this tea is not only delicious, but I can actually see a reduction in redness and size of my acne. I genuinely feel like my skin is starting to glow again! I love having this at night and add in the loose leaf Hibiscus tea for extra vitamin C. It's a great way to unwind after a stressful day and support my skin health. Will definitely be purchasing again & recommending to anyone with skin concerns!

Many years ago I had awful skin, breakouts, angry, red... I tried everything eventually researching herbs and herbal tea. The tea I found in a small tea shop in town was very much like this one and had an amazing effect on my skin. It cleared up almost overnight! I haven't had that tea for many years now but recently I decided to go back to my herbal teas trying to cut down on coffee (and sugar) during our now less active time. This tea is very subtle, not overpowering at all. In just a few days of starting back on this combination of herbs my skin looks brighter. I would totally recommend anyone with skin issues to try this blend.
