Serving suggestion:
Sencha Tea is perfect for all day drinking. For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. Add 1 teaspoon per 200 ml. Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC. (Use of boiling water will result in bitterness) Brew 1-2 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar .

A milder flavoured Sencha that is easy to drink. I normally go for the Japanese style but this one is also very pleasant. Would buy again!

I bought this tea when the lovely Jasmine green tea was not available. It is a light and gently flavoured tea, without the bitterness of some green teas. Easy to like and nothing to dislike about this tea. Would recommend.
